Philosophy
RIEO has developed a market approach which is significantly different from the competition.

It is an approach born of our concern that the hotel HSIA industry risks being tarnished by a hard sell approach which suggest that:

  • revenue share schemes are the only way to go
  • control of the service offering should lie with the HSIA provider
  • the business model has to be fixed and ignorant of customer needs.

These claims are unfounded.

So how does the way we operate fundamentally differ from our competition?

In a nutshell, rather than maintaining an approach which compromises a key customer benefit, RIEO is committed to seeing 100% of the service opportunity created by internet access embraced by our hotel clients.

All of the equipment, software, training and support we provide is delivered either on a CAPEX or leasing arrangement and maintained on an annual support agreement.

This provides a tremendous benefit to the hotel and its management team.
