Chris moved into the IT and Telecoms industry with TMS and later Tiger Communications as a Senior Engineer in the Hospitality Network Services department, where he designed, surveyed and deployed Wi-Fi technology in the UK and international hotel sectors. He has many years of experience in communications and hospitality Wi-Fi networking design and implementation. Chris will help RIEO Communications move forward with emerging technology and ideas.

Paul Somers – Customer Services Manager

Following 12 years of service in the British army, Paul left the forces and started work as IT Manager for Hilton Park Lane in London. After two years at the Hilton, Paul moved to InnFax as their European Technical Manager. For the next 7 years he travelled around Europe installing in top hotels and dealing with multiple tasks ranging from project management, to customer service. Coming from a hotel background has given him a unique perspective of the various levels of hotel life, with customer service being one of his top goals. In 2003 under the new banner of Ultra.Serv, he moved to Dubai and took over the running of the Middle East region, where he dealt with sales, client relations and technical issues. After spending nearly 7 years in the Middle East, Paul returned to the UK with vast international and national experience in the hotel sector and brings a wealth of knowledge to RIEO Communications.

Haresh Gedia - Software Engineer

He previously worked at TATA Consulting Services in the financial sector where he was involved in the development of a risk management system, followed by a term at Amdocs, a telecom billing supplier where he assisted in developing a real-time rating system for billing systems.
