Having made this kind of investment it seems right that
we have the option of charging however we want to... If we want
to adjust our rates in order to clinch a deal for a conference,
we can do that. If you have a
model where revenue is split
then you don't have the same
degree of flexibility.

Mark Teasdale
Managing Director
Mark has extensive experience in providing Telecommunications Management and guest technology services to the hospitality market. Educated at Bournemouth University in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, he spent 14 years supplying Telecommunications Management and Hospitality Voicemail solutions to hotels across EMEA, managing major International Hotel accounts across the region. He set up and ran InnFax Hotel Facsimile Services in the UK and Ireland in partnership with Deutsche Telekom, and went on to become President and CEO of InnFax Europe GmbH. He was then appointed Managing Director of inter-touch (EAME) Limited. Observing a flaw in HSIA delivery, he went on to set up RIEO.
 
 
Jim Stewart
Sales and Marketing Director
Jim is a seasoned hospitality professional with significant international operational and sales management experience. Educated at Telford University in Hotel Management, Jim joined Gleneagles Hotels Group and was fast tracked to senior positions at the 5 star Caledonian Hotel, Edinburgh. In the late 80’s he joined Hotel Information Systems (HIS) and contributed to their European growth plans in both an operational and sales capacity. His role with GEAC Hospitality Systems saw him responsible for all international distribution and sales activities in EMEA. He was appointed Sales Director at inter-touch (EMEA) Limited in 2000, leaving to become involved with RIEO from the outset.
